Product Reseller Inquiries

For Havis products, Resellers are grouped into tiers which are based on several criteria. All Resellers are expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, promote values of Safety and Quality, and be prepared to deliver intelligent solutions to meet your business needs. Below is a general summary of each tier: 

Gold Resellers: Regularly sell MS Distribution products and achieve a minimum level of annual sales, as determined by MS Distribution.

Silver Resellers: Have integrated a basic level of MS Distribution products into their offerings, and achieve a minimum level of annual sales, as determined by MS Distribution.

Bronze Resellers: Entry-level tier for Resellers who have expressed an interest in reselling MS Distribution product lines.
